Welcome to EoHours (“the Platform”). This service is provided by www.eohours.com. This Platform is currently operated and maintained by Longxiang Construction Pte Ltd (“the Operator”). By accessing or using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy. If you are using this service on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

1. Service Definition and License

1.1 The Service: The Service is a SaaS (Software as a Service) integrated management platform focused on workforce management, project synergy, and progress tracking, designed to optimize enterprise operational efficiency. 1.2 License: Subject to your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service during your subscription period. 1.3 Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, data theft, spamming, interfering with server operations, or unauthorized reverse engineering of the Service.

2. Responsibilities of Enterprise Customers

2.1 Data Controller Identity: You acknowledge that you are the “Data Controller” of your employee data. You are responsible for ensuring that the collection, use, and processing of employee data (including, but not limited to, geolocation, check-in photographs, and health monitoring data) comply with the laws in your jurisdiction. 2.2 Compliance Guarantee: You must ensure that your use of the Service is supported by all necessary legal authorizations and consents for processing personal employee information.

3. Use of Health and Fitness Features (eohLink)

3.1 Non-Medical Use: Physiological data collected through eohLink is intended solely for general workplace safety management and wellness monitoring and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Service Changes and Termination

4.1 Updates: We reserve the right to update, optimize, or temporarily interrupt parts of the Service at any time. 4.2 Termination: If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time. 4.3 Data Handling: Upon account termination, you are responsible for exporting and backing up your data within the specified period. We reserve the right to perform necessary data cleanup after the backup period expires.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 Disclaimer: The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We are not liable for service interruptions or data delays caused by force majeure, network communication failures, or third-party service fluctuations. 5.2 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any damages arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the software architecture, algorithms, interface design, brand logos, and textual content (including the “Workforce · Project · Synergy” slogan) is owned by EoHours.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. 7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through amicable negotiation; if no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Singapore.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms as necessary. If we subsequently adjust the operating entity or brand ownership, we will notify you through updates on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
